Main Functions

  1. Temperature Difference Function (DT O & DT F): Activates the solar circuit pump when the temperature difference between the collector and the tank reaches the switch-on threshold and deactivates when it drops to the switch-off threshold.
  2. Timing Heating (THET): Allows for the automatic integration of backup heating at predetermined times, maintaining a consistent water temperature.
  3. Manual Heating: Allows for the activation of backup heating devices when the top tank temperature falls below the preset temperature, maintaining a consistent temperature.
  4. BYPA High-Temperature By-pass Function: Facilitates the transfer of excess thermal energy to other applications, maintaining a constant tank temperature and preventing overheating by using an additional pump or valve.
  5. Temperature Protection and Regulation Functions:
  • EM Emergency Collector Temperature: Engages to stop the solar circulation pump if the collector temperature exceeds the safety threshold, reactivating when the temperature decreases.
  • CMX Maximum Limited Collector Temperature: Prevents overheating by controlling the collector temperature, deactivating the solar pump when the collector temperature is too high.
  • CFR Frost Protection of Collector: Protects against frost damage by activating the solar pump and additional heating when necessary.
  • SMX Maximum Temperature of Tank: Controls the maximum water temperature in the tank, preventing overheating.
  • REC Tank Re-cooling Function: Lowers the tank temperature by reversing the circulation when the maximum temperature is exceeded.
